The visualisation of air quality is divided into three main areas.
1.The air quality is displayed by means of a percentage, so that passengers know directly the current air quality.
2.Visualisation of particulate matter in the air by combining real-time monitoring data with python programming. For example PM 2.5 (Particulate matter less than 2.5 microns).Beacause this pollutant causes cardio-respiratory diseases and is emitted by vehicular pollution activities. Interface indicates safe levels of PM2.5 through the color-coding – green indicating safe levels, and yellow and green indicating unsafe levels.
3.Comparing the humidity and temperature of the air inside and outside the bus reflects a more passenger-friendly environment in bus.
