Online Bus Booking
We conducted structured one-on-one interviews to collect in-depth information on people's opinions, experiences, and feelings about public transport and autonomus bus, which effectively helped us to emphasize withh different users.
1.What is the purpose of taking public transportation? To work,to school or ...?
2.Time and distance by public transport? What are the struggles?
3.Have people ever ridden an autonomous transportation? What are the wishes?
Summarize and analyze the access data to make an empathy map, and try to figure out the behavioral mood of different user groups.
The amount of time and distance people travel on public transport varies widely. Therefore, we need to identify specific target groups. In this process, the people who encountered the most difficulties were those who lived in the surrounding area and came to work in the city. They need to change too much transportation and consume a lot of time.
3.User Story Maps
By walking through the whole journey with our users,we can see their true needs more clearly.
1.Too many transfers.Too much time in the transportation.
2.The timetable for transportation is fixed, and you have to wait a long time if you miss it.
3.Public transportation lacks private space and is unsafe. After the epidemic, we will pay more attention to public health.
During the definition phase, we went throught problem statement, hypothesis statement and value proposition in order to better summarize users' pains and needs,also to propose potential solutions.

We initiated the ideation phase with a competitive audit. From looking into current solutions offered by opponents and their strengths and flaws,we gain clearer iedeas of how app for autonomous bus can evolve and how our product will fit in our users' lives.

Through user story maps and storyboards, we've predicted and explored users' journeys with the . Now we string them all together and create thhis user flow to make sure all the key needs from users are covered and the transitions between functions are smooth.
